The customer when registered through EKYC the digital platform or retail stores will be marked as permanent customer of the exchange. All the data you have shared with us are securely kept with us and at no point of time will be removed from the system. As there is data retention policy from central bank and regulators all data and transaction done will be kept in the system. Any user can contact the retail outlet or customer support and request for inactivate the profile, such that they will not be able to use the application further. Also when the ID details provided with us during registration expires as well the user will be expempted from using the application further.
